  4. There are two DiskSalv registrations: shareware and commercial.  Please
  5. see the included flyer on the revised commercial offer (it's coming
  6. later than originally promised, and is considerably better, for the
  7. same price).  You can also order automatic updates, which will be sent
  8. when available.

  31. In the event that DiskSalv can't fix your disk, I will examine it for
  32. basically the price of return postage.  This is no guarantee of repair
  33. or recovery of data, since physically damaged or erased data can not
  34. be recovered.  Also, hard disks (RDB SCSI only) shipped can be damaged
  35. in transit.  Please include a phone number with any shipped disk, and
  36. contact me in advance to describe the problem before shipping.
